NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 2nd day of September 2025 at the Garland City Building.
The agenda shall be as follows:

4. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on revisions to the City's Engineering Standards (continued from July 8, 2025 meeting)
5. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on the City's Annexation Policy
6. Discussion and possible revisions to the City's accessory structure provisions in Title 9 of the Garland City's Code
