Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing, including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, an executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. Public comments must be related to an agenda item and relevant to town business. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Emery Town Website and at Emery town Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
