- Public Notice July 29, 2025 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING The Vernal City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers, located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah. The purpose of the hearings is to consider proposed amendments to the Vernal City Municipal Planning and Zoning Codes, as follows: - Section 16.24.160 - Off-Site Improvements - Ordinance No. 2025-21 - Section 16.28.050 - Off-Premise Signs - Ordinance No. 2025-22 - Sections 16.36.035, 16.38.035, 16.40.035, 16.42.035, 16.44.035, and 16.45.025 - Uses - Ordinance No. 2025-23 All property owners and interested members of the public are encouraged to attend. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact Braeden Christofferson at (435) 789-2255 or visit the Vernal City Offices at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, at least five (5) business days prior to the hearing. This notice has been: Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; Posted on the Vernal City Website; and Posted in conspicuous places within Vernal City; Posting date: July 29, 2025 Notice must remain in place through August 12, 2025
