This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order and calls for introductions. 11:45 11:50 11:55 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to JGoodman@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. Business Item - Approval of July 2025 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of the July 2025 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:00 Master Plan Review Chris Otto, Division Director of Parks& Recreation Review of the draft of the 2025 Salt Lake County Parks, Open Space and Recreation Plan. The board will be shown the Master Plan slide presentation. Informational: No Action Required 12:15 12:45 1:00 1:00 Mt County Rec Pass School District Meeting Update Lauren Brady, Assoc. Div. Director and River J.August, Recreation Section Manager. Lauren and River will provide an update regarding Recreation's ongoing collaboration with the surrounding school districts. Informational: No Action Required Open Meetings Act Training David Johnson, Deputy District Attorney David will provide the Open Meetings Act Training video. Informational: No Action Required Section Update As needed, each section will provide brief updates on their current projects and programs. Informational: No Action Required ADJOURN
