Main St. in Tooele City as surplus and received an offer for the purchase of the property from Friends of Switchpoint, Inc. for $1,500,000. Ordinance 2025-07 - Amending the Tooele County Code Regarding Duties of Elected Officials and the Manager, Scott Broadhead This ordinance amends Tooele County Code Section 1-1-3, Definitions, of Chapter 1, General Provisions, and Sections 1-2-8, Powers and Duties of the Council, 1-2-9, County Manager, and 1-2-11, Elected Officials, of Chapter 2, Council-Manager Form of Government.
