- August 26, 2025 **NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING** ALL AFFECTED ENTITIES: A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for September 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider approval to amend the Vernal City General Plan to include a Water Use and Preservation Element - Ordinance 2025-24 Plan in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT. Property owners and other entities or persons are urged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during this meeting should notify Braeden Christofferson at (435) 789-2255 at least five days before the hearings.
