**NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING**
ALL AFFECTED ENTITIES:
A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission scheduled for September 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider approval to amend the Vernal City General Plan to include a Water Use and Preservation Element Ordinance 2025-24 Plan has been rescheduled for October 14, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT.
Property owners and other entities or persons are urged to attend.
