Ordinance 2025-27 Chapter 22 - Adding Road Standards to the KCLUO An Ordinance revising Kane County Land Use Ordinance Chapter 22, Performance Standards and adding Road Policy Standards to this section. 6. Ordinance 2025-29 - Residential Zones An Ordinance revising Kane County Land Use Ordinance Chapter 6, Residential Zones. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 7. Commercial Conditional Use Permit: Bradshaw An application for a Commercial Conditional Use Permit for a 5-unit glampground on a 10-acre lot: #3-5-35-8, zoned: AG. Submitted by Lincoln Bradshaw 8. Looking at solutions for moderate income housing Discuss possible options for improving moderate-income housing availability in Kane County 9. Discuss policy regarding board members appearing electronically.
