- The Town of Mantua Council Agenda Emergency Meeting Notice August 25th, 2025 Held at Mantua Town Hall Time: 6:00 P.M Invocation or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Public Comments (Per Utah Code, Council will receive input only, no decision can be made on public comment. It will be up to the discretion of the mayor the amount of time allowed to comment.) Discussion and Action Items Review of the Interlocal Agreement for Wastewater Services between Brigham City and Mantua, Utah Discussion on Interlocal Cooperation Act Requirements. Adjourn
