ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the July 21, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure). D. Update on insurance matters. 1. Review and consider adoption of Resolution Approving Amended & Restated Agreement Creating the Utah Local Government Trust (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Financial / Bond Update. B. Review and consider approval of Policy regarding Finance Costs Procedures. C. Review and consider approval of Policy Regarding Usage of District Funds. D. Review and consider reimbursement request from GLH. E. Review and consider reimbursement agreements and the general reimbursement process. III. LEGAL MATTERS IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS V. OTHER BUSINESS VI. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.] CLOSED MEETING If Needed-The Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided in Utah Code ยง 52-4-205 The district complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
