PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 commencing at 4:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the July 21, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure).
D. Update on insurance matters.
1. Review and consider adoption of Resolution Approving Amended & Restated Agreement Creating the Utah Local Government Trust (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Financial / Bond Update.
B. Review and consider approval of Policy regarding Finance Costs Procedures.
C. Review and consider approval of Policy Regarding Usage of District Funds.
D. Review and consider reimbursement request from GLH.
E. Review and consider reimbursement agreements and the general reimbursement process.
