- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, 743 N Center St, Duchesne, UT, on September 3, 2025, to conduct a public hearing on a request by the Duchesne County Commission regarding the revocation or modification of the Sandlot East oil and gas drilling and production permit issued to SM Energy on August 13, 2025. For further information, contact the Duchesne County Planning Division at (435) 738-1152. Email comments to planning@duchesne.utah.gov, or mail them to: Duchesne County Planning Division P.O. Box 317 Duchesne, Utah 84021 Persons needing special accommodation for this meeting should call the Duchesne County Planning Division at least 3 days in advance of the hearing.
