PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in
the County Commission Chambers, 743 N Center St, Duchesne, UT, on September 3, 2025, to
conduct a public hearing on a request by the Duchesne County Commission regarding the
revocation or modification of the Sandlot East oil and gas drilling and production permit issued
to SM Energy on August 13, 2025.
