- Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Members of Town Council will hold the Regular Town Council Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday the 10th day of July 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Torrey Town Office, Bay 1 located at 75 E 100 N. Note the agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome, Mayor Mickey Wright Administrative Business Welcome/ Opening Remarks Roll Call: Excused: Pledge of Allegiance: Public Comments: Review & Approve Minutes of June 12, 2025, Town Council Meeting Agenda Requests/Discussion: Gary Gardner, petition concerning Juniper Drive Water Leak: Dave Cushing Zakin: Water Approval June Meeting Action: Water Application: Hans Christopher Zakin, the council discussed the request. No action is needed currently. Colleen will provide a letter of water availability for him. Capitol Reef Update: Cassity Bromley Mayor's Business: Review Mayor's Report attached to the agenda Town Business: Apple Days Review: Planning and Zoning Opening: Letters of Interest, Short Term Rental Ordinance Discussion Civic Review update: Clerk Report: Karen Mayne Building Permits: GRAMA Election Timeline: Write-in Candidates process, June 9 - August 29, 2025. Candidate Financial Statements due August 5, 2025 Last day to post a copy of a campaign finance statement on the Town website August 14, 2025: Financial Report Colleen Dudleston; The June 2025 financial report.
