- THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GRANGER-HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees that Granger-Hunter Improvement District will hold a Board Meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at its main office located at 2888 South 3600 West, West Valley City, Utah. Trustees and members of the public are able to attend this meeting in person or electronically through www.ghid.gov. Agenda A. GENERAL 1. Call to order - Welcome - Report those present for the record 2. Public Comments 3. Consider approval of the July 15, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes 4. Discuss potential conflicts of interest B. OUR COMMUNITY 1. Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District Update 2. Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility Update 3. Review of the District's 2025 Consumer Confidence Report C. OUR TEAM 1. District Emergency Response Plan updates for certification with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 2. Consider adjusting the compensation limit for members of the board of trustees. D. OUR OPERATIONS 1. Review & discuss Financial Report for July 2025 2. Review & discuss Paid Invoice Report for July 2025 3. Amendment of the Days of Cash on Hand policy within section 12.4 of the Administrative Policy Handbook. 4. Administrative Services Update 5. Water Maintenance Update a. Consider approval for a contract award to Ridge Rock Inc. in the amount of $143,350.00 for asphalt replacement associated with the 25I: Cherrywood Village Waterline Replacement Project. 6. Wastewater Maintenance Update 7. Operations Update a. Water Supply 8. Capital Projects Update 9. Engineering Department Update E. CLOSED SESSION 1.
