The Board may vote to meet in closed session for any of the purposes set forth in Section 52-4-205 of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act Board members may be participating by telephone. Regular Meeting - Aug 19 2025 Agenda Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM Park City School District Offices 1.Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance Board President Reed will call the meeting to order. 1.2 Pledge of Allegiance 2. Work Session/Discussion 2.1 Title IX and Athletics Title IX Coordinator Michael Santarosa will provide an update on the 24-25 Athletic Program. Title IX ReportPublic attachment 2.2 Early Learning Plan John Hall, Katie McGinn, and Amy Jenkins will present the Early Learning Plan. 3. Public Comment 5:00 PM 4.1 Guidelines for Public Comment The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes. The Board of Education expects that all public comments will be polite, respectful, and accurate. Please refrain from specifically identifying personnel. Personnel issues are not appropriate for public comments; therefore, such comments will not be allowed. 5.Monthly Reports This time has been set aside for district-level reports in addition to: 5.1 Student on the Board Report The student on the board will provide an overview of activities. 5.2 Employee Group Reports-PCEA, EIG and PCCEA 5.3 Superintendent Report Superintendent Huntsman will provide the Board with her monthly report. 6. Decision 6.1 School Fees 2nd Reading The Board will review school fees for the 2nd reading and adopt the final fee schedule. The Board may make a motion to approve the school fees as presented. 7.Policies for Adoption The following policies have been posted for the required 20-days, and they are now before the Board for adoption.
