- Hurricane City Airport Advisory Board Meeting Agenda May 20, 2025 9:00 AM City Council Chambers 147 N 870 W, Hurricane Notice is hereby given that the General Dick Stout Field Airport Advisory Board will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 147 N 870 W, Hurricane, UT. A silent roll call will be taken, along with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer by invitation. Call to Order, Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of minutes from March 18, 2025 and April 15, 2025 New Business 1. Discussion and possible recommendation to City Council of the AWOS bid. 2. Consideration and possible approval of new Airport Sign. Discussed at previous meeting.-Steve Lemmon 3. Consideration and possible approval of a conex box to be placed near Hanger 47 to store flammable materials.-Steve Lemmon 4. Discussion on possible lease at the Airport-Steve Lemmon 5. Discussion and possible approval of a private event for Rotax Aircrafts on October 17 and 18, 2025. - Laura Burton 6. Open discussion for new items. Adjourn
