- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Weber Fire District Board of Trustees will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in the Training room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically. Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Public Comments - Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period. 5. Approval of Minutes - June 10 and June 18, 2025 6. Presentation and Approval of Financial Report 7. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - Resolution 10-2025 - A resolution approving an amendment to the fee structure of the agreement for municipal advisory services between WFD and Zions Bank. - Resolution 11-2025 - A resolution providing for the creation of a Local Building Authority by Weber Fire District, Utah; authorizing official action; providing an effective date; authorizing incidental action; and related matters. 8. Discussion and Action on the Following Agreements: - Professional Service Agreements - ajc architects - Farr West Site, Hooper Site, West Haven Site. 9. Administration Report 10. Board Presentations 11. Adjournment
