- NEW BUSINESS: Linda Petersen is requesting that a property located at the top of 5th street be recognised as a lot in Manila Ut. Stacey Maxfield is requesting to construct a pergola/deck cover at his property located at 531 E Haystack lane. Landon McMorris is requesting a permit approval to construct a deck off his existing house located at 425 E 3rd N. Jennifer Allphin is requesting to open a business license. Business Licenses are typically handled by staff, but Jennifer's business will be handling food therefore more deliberation and approval is needed. Mike Butkovich is requesting to open a business license.
