- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Viridian Farm Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1, 2 & 3 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VIRIDIAN FARM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2 & 3 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON AUGUST 6, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on January 24, 2025 D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Second Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 2. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-02, Annexation for PID 2 3. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-03, Withdrawal for PID 2 4. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-02, Annexation for PID 3 5. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-03, Withdrawal for PID 3 E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
