- Notice is hereby given that the Erda Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Erda City Office, next to the Fire Station located at 2163 W Erda Way, Erda, UT 84074 Call to Order Roll Call Pledge and Prayer Approve Minutes from 3-14-23 Legislative Items - Public input Rez (01-2023) MMD Properties and Michael Pressley are requesting to rezone 09-023-R-0030 (5.01 acres) and a portion of 01-421-0-0012 (13.31 acres) from RR-5 (Rural Residential) to CG (Commercial General) Open Public Hearing Close Public Hearing Comments from Commissioners Adjournment Commencement of WORK MEETING after adjournment of regular Planning Commission Meeting. Erda City Code Title 16 Subdivision Code, roads and trails requirements.
