- BUSINESS MEETING 1) Election of Chair and Vice Chair 2022. (Motion/Voting) 2) Approval of the April 28, 2022 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. (Motion/Voting) 3) Other Business Items. (As Needed) PUBLIC HEARING(S) Public Hearing to review the amendments to the White City Moderate Income Housing Plan, a supplemental document to the White City General Plan. These amendments are per new state legislation that was signed into law on March 4th, 2022. The legislation became effective on June 1, 2022. The Moderate-Income Housing Plan is required to be updated by October 1st, 2022, in order to be in compliance with new laws. Planner: Erin O'Kelley (Motion/Voting)
