- NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome and Roll Call (B Sheppard) 2. Conflict of Interest Statement (B Sheppard) 3. Public Comment (B Sheppard) 4. Consideration for Approval of the April 10, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes (B Sheppard) 5. Board Financial Report on Current Expenses (D Sanderson) 6. Discussion and Potential Board Action on a PTIF Savings Account (D Sanderson) 7. Report on MNWA/Goshen Valley Groundwater Model Results (M McVicker) 8. Report on MNWA Assessment Increase (M McVicker) 9. Report on the Farmland Reserve, Inc. Change Application Process (M McVicker / B Sheppard) 10. Report on a Future Central Utah Water Pipeline (B Sheppard) 11. Change of District Clerk; Board Action Required (B Sheppard) 12. Other Business 13. Next Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025 (budget review only) This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person. For any member of the public who desires to join this meeting, please call the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9184. Leave a message that includes your email address, and you will receive a meeting invitation with a link to the virtual meeting. All interested members of the public are invited to attend.
