- PROVO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL Work Meeting 3:00 PM, Tuesday, July 08, 2025 Provo Peaks Conference Room (Room 110) Hybrid meeting: 445 W. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing on YouTube and Facebook at: youtube.com/provocitycouncil and facebook.com/provocouncil. If one platform is unavailable, please try the other. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can join via telephone following the instructions below. Agenda Roll Call Approval of Minutes June 17, 2025 Work Meeting June 3, 2025 Council Meeting Business 1 A resolution to submit an opinion question to the residents of Provo City in the November 4, 2025 election regarding authorization to impose a local option sales tax as described in Utah Code Section 59-12-1402. (25-076) 2 A presentation regarding the Provo Auxiliary Communicatons Team (PACT) (25-074) 3 An ordinance amending the zone map classification of real property, generally located at 1200 North Independence Avenue, from the Manufacturing Park (MP) Zone to the Low Density Residential (LDR) Zone. (PLGPA20250197) 5 A presentation regarding a public hearing for the issuance of wastewater revenue bonds for State of Utah loan.
