- UINTAH TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS UTSSD hereby makes a notice for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for its General Engineering Services Pool. - The full RFQ can be obtained by emailing Julie Joy-Hundley at adminsec@utssd.utah.gov or at https://utssd.utah.gov/resources. All questions should be submitted via email to Julie Joy-Hundley. - Submitted Qualifications must be clearly labeled 'Qualifications - UTSSD General Engineering Services Pool' and be received no later than 5PM on August 8, 2025, to UTSSD. - Submitted Qualifications can either be mailed to PO Box 914, or dropped off at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, UT 84078. - Timely received proposals will be distributed to the UTSSD Board Members for their individual review, and it is anticipated the Board's decision will be made at the Board's next scheduled meeting. Posted on the State of Utah's Public Notice website and the UTSSD website (https://utssd.utah.gov/resources)
