- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat - 'Oak Valley Estates Subdivision' (7 lots) - located near 1200 S Old Highway 91, Kanarraville, Utah. Applicant: BHM, LLC - c/o Todd Myers. Approximately 160 acres located within Section 4, T38S, R12W, SLBM - (APNs: E-0394-0027-0000, E-0396-0000-0000 & E-0394-0002-0000) All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
