- 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City will hold a Municipal Primary Election to eliminate two candidates from the field of City Council candidates (thereby reducing City Council candidates to 4 for the General Election ballot). Each City Council seat is for a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: City Council Candidates (2 seats): GARRETT WOLFLEY JAMES WALTER KINSEY LORI TALBOT BOBBY OWENS HARSHAD P. DESAI DAVID DODDS 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by the Garfield County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Boxes will be located at the Garfield County Courthouse House located at 55 S Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.

Anyone who wishes to offer a prayer or thought in the opening ceremony at City Council is welcome to do so by calling City Manager MAT HOUSTON at 435-676-8585 to schedule an appointment. **Items may not be covered in order listed.
