2025 PRIMARY ELECTION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City will hold a Municipal Primary Election to eliminate two candidates from the field of City Council candidates (thereby reducing City Council candidates to 4 for the General Election ballot). Each City Council seat is for a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: City Council Candidates (2 seats):

2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Early Voting: Courthouse, Tuesday, July 29th - Monday, August 11th.
BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GARFIELD COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE BY 8:00 PM ON ELECTION DAY.
Elections will primarily be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by the Garfield County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Boxes will be located at the Garfield County Courthouse, located at 55 S Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
An individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual ballot by mail may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the County Clerk at (435) 676-1120.
Logic and Accuracy Test - Monday, August 4th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Post-Election Audit - Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
Ballots will be processed (i.e. signature verification; opening ballots; scanning ballots; adjudicating ballots; replicating damaged or defective ballots; and or tabulating votes) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, at the Garfield County Clerk's Office.
