PUBLIC WELCOME TO ATTEND Attendees: Chairman: Karen Blenkinship , Vice-Chairman- Greg Maranto, Treasurer- Diane Hundal, IT-Rantandeep(Tony) Hundal, Clerk- Jean Wojtyla Water Master- Shawn Bain, CCC Administrator- Martin Mathis Invited Visitor: Representative from Zion Vineyard Vote on June 19th Meeting Minutes 1. Karen- Invite representative from Zion Vineyard to state his case 2.Report on Accomplishments made in June / Water Master & CCC Administrator Shawn - Any new developments? Marty- Any New developments? 3. Tony- Report on Water usage in June 4. Greg- Report on Power usage in June 5. Diane- Provide financials through June 2025 Provide the following reports; P&L STD Financial -June 2025 P&L STD YTD at a Glance -June 2025 Provide June 2025's Invoice Register to Karen for Approval 6 Tony- Present to the board the drafted letter to our residents regarding 'Refundable Deposits' 7. Tony- Provide the progress of our Water Conservation Plan and the changes being made to our website communication on this topic - all which is part of the Checklist for our Loan requirements 8. Jean- Provide our A/R Aging Report- Jean report on the no.of late payments in June. New Business Items: 1. Karen- Provide a progress report on our 3 portions of the Angell Springs water projects. 2. Karen - Remind the board of our next scheduled meeting Thursday, August, 14th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm 3. Karen- Request a motion to adjourn this meeting
