6 Tony- Present to the board the drafted letter to our residents regarding 'Refundable Deposits'
7. Tony- Provide the progress of our Water Conservation Plan and the changes being made to our website communication on this topic - all which is part of the Checklist for our Loan requirements
8. Jean- Provide our A/R Aging Report- Jean report on the no.of late payments in June.

1. Karen- Provide a progress report on our 3 portions of the Angell Springs water projects.
2. Karen - Remind the board of our next scheduled meeting Thursday, August, 14th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm
