- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting July 8, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 06/21/2025 to 07/04/2025 in the amount of $517,422.14 Requisitions as needed: 4. Approval of Transaction Register Dated 06/01/2025 to 06/30/2025 in the amount of -$801.93 5. Approval of Minutes - Mayor May 27, 2025, 6:30 PM Regular City Council Meeting June 24, 2025, 6:30 PM Regular City Council Meeting 6. Public Comment Period Negotiated Property Exchange: Mt. Pleasant City and Stewardship Ranches 7. Approval of Property Exchange between Mt. Pleasant City and Stewardship Ranches - Mayor Olsen 8. Approval of Ordinance 2025-04 -An Ordinance Regulating Parade Seating, Parking, and Use of Public Property Prior to the Hub City Days Parade - Chief Steve Gray 9. Approval of Resolution 2025-10- A resolution superseding resolution 2016-15, establishing a youth city council and updating the by-laws of the Mt. Pleasant City youth city council (YCC)- Debbie James 10. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door prior to the start of the meeting. Participation is limited to three minutes. Each participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
