- NOTICE OF PERRY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 1950 South Highway 89 in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2025-14 Water Conservation Plan, Ordinance 25-L Modifying the Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Resolution 2025-15 Amending the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. The public hearings, will start at approximately 7:15 p.m. and be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025. After the public hearings, the proposed Resolution and Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A Copy of the proposed Resolution and Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 1950 S. Highway 89 Ste. A, Perry, Utah. Any Individual requiring auxiliary services should contact the City Offices at least 3 days in advance (435-723-6461). By: Shanna S. Johnson, City Recorder.
