Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 1950 South Highway 89 in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Ordinance 25-L Modifying the Culinary Water Impact Fee Facility Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, and Resolution 2025-14 Water Conservation Plan. The public hearings, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m., will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025. After the public hearings, the proposed Ordinance and Resolution may be adopted, with or without changes, at the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A Copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 1950 S. Highway 89 Ste. A, Perry, Utah.
