ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the June 3, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure). D. Update on insurance matters. II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Financial / Bond Update. B. Consider approval of proposed amendment to the General Fund, Debt Service Fund and Capital Project Fund of the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 and set a public hearing to take public comment of the same (enclosure). C. Discuss procedure of finance costs. D. Authorize the opening of a District bank account and authorize designated signers for the account. III. LEGAL MATTERS IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS V. OTHER BUSINESS VI. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.] CLOSED MEETING If Needed-The Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided in Utah Code ยง 52-4-205 The district complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
