PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Verk Industrial Regional Public Infrastructure District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 commencing at 4:00 p.m., at Spanish Fork City, Library Hall, Explorer Room, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork UT 84660 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment.
C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the June 3, 2025, special board meeting (enclosure).
D. Update on insurance matters.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Financial / Bond Update.
B. Consider approval of proposed amendment to the General Fund, Debt Service Fund and Capital Project Fund of the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 and set a public hearing to take public comment of the same (enclosure).
C. Discuss procedure of finance costs.
D. Authorize the opening of a District bank account and authorize designated signers for the account.
