- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the MIDA CORMONT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT Date and time: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 2:30 pm Location: N/A. This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. Information to attend virtually: To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_a0AvVNaOQw6XB1-bAa03sg Agenda 1. Welcome to the public by Board Chair Nicole Cottle, Vice Chair Gary Harter, and board members Karl McMillan, Mike Ostermiller, and Jing Jaio. 2. Review and approval of the May 13, 2025 meeting minutes. 3. Proposed budget presentation for Fiscal Years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 4. Public hearing to consider the proposed budgets for Fiscal Years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. 5. Consideration of Resolution 2025-06: Adopting a Budget for Fiscal Years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. 6. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act Training 7. Adjourn. The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 2:30 pm.
