- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting on June 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 06/07/2025 to 06/20/2025 in the amount of $485,735.37 Requisition #61820250958 to Energy Management Corporation in the amount of $8,755.00 Other Requisitions as needed. 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor May 27, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting June 10, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting 5. Children's Justice Center Presentation - Kylie Garff & Linda Christiansen 6. Approval Resolution 2025-04 A Resolution Amending the 2024-2025 Mount Pleasant City Library Budget 7. Approval Resolution 2025-05 A Resolution Amending the 2024-2025 Mount Pleasant City Operating Budget 8. Approval Resolution 2025-06 A Resolution Adopting the Mount Pleasant City Library Operating Budget for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year 9. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door prior to the start of the meeting. Participation is limited to three minutes. Each participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
