- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Duchesne County will accept sealed proposals for the County Building Project, subject to the conditions contained in the bid documents and plans until June 20, 2025; at 3:00 p.m. Proposals will be received for the work as set forth in the bid package, the project generally being described as follows: This project will consist of building a concrete foundation, providing and installing a new metal building with over head cranes, doors, and windows. Copies of the plans and documents may be obtained by contacting Nico Elardi at Outlaw Engineering. Nico Elardi, PE 307-679-0237 nico@outlaw-engineering.com These documents will be available electronically at no cost, by contacting the Engineer for instructions. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2025; at 10:00 a.m. at the Duchesen County Administration building, 724 N Center Street, Duchene UT 84021. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in same if the governing body determines that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner. The project shall be complete no later than December, 2025, as specified in the bid package.
