ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Duchesne County will accept sealed proposals for the County Building Project, subject to
the conditions contained in the bid documents and plans until June 20, 2025; at 3:00 p.m.
Proposals will be received for the work as set forth in the bid package, the project generally
being described as follows:
This project will consist of building a concrete foundation, providing and installing a
new metal building with over head cranes, doors, and windows.
Copies of the plans and documents may be obtained by contacting Nico Elardi at Outlaw

These documents will be available electronically at no cost, by contacting the Engineer for
instructions. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2025; at 10:00 a.m. at
the Duchesen County Administration building, 724 N Center Street, Duchene UT 84021.
The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in same if the
governing body determines that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. No bidder
will be allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful
bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner.
The project shall be complete no later than December, 2025, as specified in the bid package.

Schedule Changes
o The bids will now be due Friday June 27 at 3:00 PM local time.
o There will be a second Pre bid meeting Monday June 23 at 10:00 AM local
time, meeting at the County Admin building, 734 N Center St. Duchesne UT
84021. If you attended the first pre bid meeting you don't need to come to the
second meeting, however all contractors are required to have attended one
of the meetings in order to bid on this project.
o The bid opening will now be on Monday June 30 at 9:00 AM local time at the
county admin building.
Utility Change
There will be 2 fire risers for this project. One for each building. The shop will
have a 6 inch riser, and the o ice will have a 3 inch riser.
