ACTION ITEMS 1. Recommendation to consider approval for Debbie Widdison (XVERTUZ) - Conditional Use Permit for property located at 1089 East Highway 40 Vernal Utah (Parcel # 05 044 0045) 2025-009-CUP - Braeden Christofferson 2.
