- Edith Bowen Laboratory School Governing Board Meeting Agenda June 9, 2025 2:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Edith Bowen Laboratory School Governing Board will hold a board meeting on June 9, 2025, on Zoom at 2:30 pm. Please email carolina.harward@usu.edu if you would like to access the meeting and/or make public comment. ___________________________________________________________________ 1. WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER a. Roll call 2. CONSENT ITEMS a. Approve board meeting minutes from May 15, 2025 3. Public Comment Public Comment is time for the public to give input to the board but is not a discussion time. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per individual. Individuals wishing to make a presentation to the board may request placement on the agenda by contacting the board secretary ( carolina.harward@usu.edu ) or chairman. Administrative items, those regarding the day-to-day operation of the school, may be referred to the school director for resolution. Individuals who have previously met with the school director and still have concerns should feel free to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. 4. BUSINESS MANAGER REPORT a. No updates 5. REGULATORY & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE a. Participation in Mental Health Screening Program (Utah Code 53F-2-522) next year (vote) 6. SCHOOL REPORTS a. No updates 7. Adjourn The public is welcome to attend the Edith Bowen Laboratory School Board Meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those needing special assistance or accommodations should contact the board secretary at carolina.harward@usu.edu , giving at least one working day notice.
