- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a work session at 5:30pm and their regularly scheduled meeting at 7pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315. Discussion Items, Reports, and/or Presentations a. Fraud Risk Assessment 7. Public Hearings a. Amending the 2024-2025 budget, approving the 2025-2026 budget, and approving the certified tax rate. b. Proposal to increase wages for elective and statutory officers 8. Action Items a. Motion (Roll call vote) - Approval of Resolution No. R-2025-01, Amending the budget for fiscal year 2024-2025. b.
