- An amendment to Lindon City Code Title 17.44.290, to amend the allowable projections into the front yard areas to allow a covered porch to project eight feet into the front yard area and setback. The planning commission may also consider alternative approaches to this application, such as lesser setbacks or other modifications, during their discussion, deliberation, and recommendation to the city council. The application is made by Nick Slade.
