Confirm Next Month Meeting Date, Time & Location of 5/8/25 at 4:30pm for Work Session and 6:00pm for Board Meeting at the junior high school library. Action Items (Require Vote) E. Update: FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act) Annual Notice F. Update: FERPA Notice of Directory Information and Directory Information Opt-Out Form G. Update: Student Data Collection Notice Adjournment or Roll Call for Closed Session as Needed to Discuss -the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual -collective bargaining -pending or reasonably imminent litigations -the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property or the sale of real property -deployment of security-related personnel, devices, or systems -investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct -certain (limited) deliberations relating to the procurement process.
