- Public Notice May 27, 2025 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING Public hearings of the Vernal City Planning Commission that were scheduled for May 29, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT has been postponed until Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider amending the Vernal City Municipal Planning and Zoning Code to consider changes to: - Section 16.58.100 Final Platting Requirements, Ordinance No. 2025-13 - Section 16.12 Non-Conforming Buildings and Uses, Ordinance No. 2025-14 Public hearings of the Vernal City Planning Commission that were scheduled for May 29, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT has been postponed until Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT to consider approval of: - Preliminary Plat for property located at 190 North 500 East, parcel #050370003 Property owners and other interested persons are urged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Braeden Christofferson, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255.
