PUBLIC WELCOME TO ATTEND Attendees: Chairman: Karen Blenkinship Vice-Chairman: Greg Maranto Treasurer- Diane Hundal, IT-Rantandeep(Tony) Hundal, Clerk- Jean Wojtyla Water Master- Shawn Bain CCC Administrator- Martin Mathis Vote on April 17th Meeting Minutes 1. The board is to vote on the Proposed New Fee Schedule that was reviewed at our Public Hearing meeting on 4-17-25. This New Fee Schedule was created to obtain the required average of $14.03 per resident to meet our $26,000 / year as payback for $1,010,00 in bonds bearing no interest, to be repaid over 40 years thus to complete Phase 2 of our Master Plan of Water Improvements. Karen request a motion to adopt our New Fee Schedule that is noted in Water Rate Resolution 2025-05-15 that will become effective on June 1st, 2025 A motion to adopt the New Fee Schedule was then duly made by Boardmember ________________ and seconded by Boardmember ________________, and the New Fee Schedule was put to a vote and carried, the vote being as follows: YEA: NAY: ABSTAINING: _______________________________________________________________________________ 2. Report on Accomplishments made in April Karen- Provide the outcome of the Jones & DeMille Hydraulic modeling report for our Looping project of pipelines. What is our next course of action and timeframe?. Report on the concrete collar bid received for the hydrant repaired on Silver Valley. 3. Water Master & CCC Admin. Shawn - Any new developments? Marty- Any new developments? Provide our training flyer for our spring distribution to residents 4. Tony- Report on Water usage in April 5. Greg- Report on Power usage in April 6. Diane- Provide financials through April 2025 Provide the following reports; P&L STD Financial -April 2025 P&L STD YTD at a Glance -April 2025 Provide April 2025's Invoice Register to Karen for Approval Provide the number of responses received from our request to residents asking them to convert to the email option.. Present to the board the suggestions for our refundable deposit amounts. What steps must we take to reverse the refundable status? . 7. Jean- Provide our April A/R Aging Report New Business Items: 1. Jean- Review the Concurrence Letter of our Updated Drinking Water Source Protection Plans for our Springs and Well regarding the beginning process of describing how the land management strategies identified for existing and future potential contamination sources were implemented. 2. Jean- Discuss plans for the board to address our Water Conservation Plan which is part of the Checklist for our Loan requirements. 3. Karen - Remind the board of our next scheduled meeting Thursday, June 19th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm 4. Karen- Request a motion to adjourn this meeting
