NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY PROPERTY COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Meeting Agenda NOTICE: For those wishing to direct comments to the Committee regarding public comment can do so in-person, or email comments to tony@daviscountyutah.gov by 8:30 AM the day of the meeting. Informational Items: Business/Action Items: Property Located in and/or near North Salt Lake City 1. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of 800 West Street and identified as Tax ID 01-045-0046 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 2. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of 4100 South Street and identified as Tax ID 01-047-0124 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 3. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of Orchard Drive and identified as Tax ID 01-047-0204 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 4. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as a Walk Way and identified as Tax ID 01-048-0005 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 5. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Elm Avenue (725 West) and identified as Tax ID 01-048-0086 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 6. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of Orchard Drive and identified as Tax ID 01-061-0055 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Property Located in and/or near Centerville City 8. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 02-099-0002 (Smith/Founders Park) as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Property Located in and/or near Kaysville City 9. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 08-024-0046 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Property Located in and/or near Fruit Heights City 10. Review motion made on June 22, 2021 that declared this parcel of real property known as Tax ID 07-080- 0027 as surplus and reconsider the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Minutes from June 22, 2021: A discussion was held on this property as a tax sale parcel struck to Davis County in 1983 for $39.59 and a request to purchase this property has been received. After the discussion the following motion was made: Kent Andersen made a motion to declare as surplus and offer to sell this property to Ashmead for $2,500.00, Max Elliott seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Miscellaneous Items: Discussion on: Davis County Code Title 2.42 Amendments, Cell tower lease extension at Animal Control -11-117-0030 (DC 1996-30, DC 1997-166) Consent Items: Consider approval of November 3, 2022 meeting minutes. Public Comments (Limited to 5 Minutes per Person) Closed Session Motion to adjourn to a closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
