This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn/. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order and calls for introductions. 11:45 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to dcalacino@saltlakecounty.gov by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:50 Business Item - Approval of March 2025 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of the March 2025 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 11:55 Division Director's Report Chris Otto, Division Director Chris will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:10 Board Member Survey Results Lauren Brady, Associate Director of Community Engagement Lauren will discuss the results from the board member interviews that were conducted earlier this year. Informational: No Action Required 12:20 Lodestone Ribbon Cutting Recap Jason Malczyk, At-Large & Kim Chandler, Granite School District Representative Jason and Kim will give a recap of Parks & Recreation's ribbon cutting for the new mountain biking skills course and trails at Lodestone Regional Park that took place on Friday, May 7, 2025. Informational: No Action Required 12:40 Section Update Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Adam Johnson, Golf Course Manager - Mick Riley Lauren Brady, Associate Director of Community Engagement Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Administration and Finance Eliza Fesolai, Associate Director of Recreation Julie Peck-Dabling, Interim Associate Director of Planning and Development Each section will provide brief updates on their current projects and programs.
