- KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular council meeting on Thursday, February 16, 2023, starting at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. The meeting will be streamed on YouTube, and the link to the meeting will be posted on www.KaysvilleLive.com. Public comment is only taken during a meeting for Action Items, 'Call to the Public', or for a public hearing. Those wishing to speak during these times must sign-up in person before the meeting begins. Comments may also be directed to the City Council via email to publiccomment@kaysville.gov. Emailed comments will NOT be read out-loud at the meeting. CITY COUNCIL Q&A - 6:30 PM The City Council will be available to answer questions or discuss any matters the public may have.
