- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Emery Town Utah will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2025. Park Restroom and Concessions with ADA compliant bathrooms town Park which is the block of 200 north highway 10 and Main St. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:30 P.M. on May14th 2025 and will be held at Emery Town Hall 65 n Center St. Emery Utah 84522. Further information such as a copy of the proposed application can be obtained by contacting Emery Townhall at 435-286-2417. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Kris Ashley at Emery town hall 65 n Center St Emery Utah 84522 at least three days prior to the hearing.
